how to measure the feet and shoes size

• Place a bare foot on the paper.
• Put all the weight on that foot.
• Draw a contour around.
• Make a footprint for both the left and the right foot, as the length might be different.

Now when you have a foot print, you'll need a ruler.

• Draw a horizontal line near the longest toe (A). 
• Draw another line (B) near the heel.
• Add 0.5 cm from both sides (line E and F).
• Draw a vertical line (C) from line (A) to line (B) - this will be the actual lenght of your foot in cm. 
• Draw another vertical line (D) from line (E) to line (F) - this will be the desired lenght of your inner sole of the shoes.
• Adding 0.5cm from both sides is required as our foot is expanding during steps
• For example: my foot lenght is 25cm after i added 0.5cm from both sides it became 26cm. That means i will need to buy a shoe size equivalent to 26 cm.

• Each barefoot shoe style has its own SIZE CHART.
• Manufacturers always place it near the size choice on the website.
• Each size chart is different, that's why we do not choose our usual size.
• As we know, shoes inner sole length (as per our example, it is 26 cm) - we will look for the nearest matching number.
• As shown in the picture, it is - 25.9, which is equivalent to size 40 for the current model.
